Please find an advertisement for a post-doc position at the National University of Singapore, Department of Statistics and Applied probability.
Description: The applicant will work on computational methods in Bayesian statistics, particularly associated to inverse problems. This is an international project based at the Department of Statistics and Applied Probability, National University of Singapore, but has collaboration potential at Oak Ridge National Lab (USA).
Job Requirements: The job holder will have (or is expected to receive) a PhD in Statistics, applied mathematics, engineering or a related discipline. In addition, a working knowledge of partial differential equations, Markov chain and particle simulation methods is needed for this position. Closing Date: April 7th.
Position may start from now until September 2017, duration of contract is 12 months. Monthly salary $5000 (SGD), maximum.
