Tenure Track Junior Faculty Position
The Department of Statistics at Rice University seeks applications for a tenure-track position at the junior level (Assistant Professor, or possibly Associate Professor for exceptionally well-qualified individuals). A doctorate in statistics or a related field is required with potential or proven excellence in research and teaching. Applications are sought from all areas of modern statistics. Priority will be given to those applicants whose research interests are in line with the mission of the Department. The position begins Fall, 2014. The Department and Rice University especially encourage applications from women and members of underrepresented minority groups.
