Research Associate (Medical Statistician), – Ref:1604502

There is an exciting opportunity in the Research Department of Infection and Population Health to co-ordinate statistical analyses in the HIV Epidemiology & Biostatistics Group in the Research Department of Infection and Population Health, based at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, London. The post-holder will also work in collaboration with the Department of Infectious Diseases, in Copenhagen. The post-holder will be expected to support research projects from collaborators as well as establish their own research, which they will be required to lead, and contribute to improving data quality in collaboration with the IT team based in Copenhagen. The post involves responsibility for longitudinal data analyses and supporting or leading the writing of papers and present findings based on original research for peer-review journals. In addition, teaching and training activities will be part of the position, both at pre-graduate level, as well as supervision of MSc and/or PhD level studies.

Appointment will be do Grade 7 for someone with a PhD or equivalent research experience. Closing date 3rd December 2016 Full details are available at
