Statistical Programming Manager Required: Leading CRO

I am looking for an experienced Statistical Programming Manager as a leading CRO are looking for someone to lead an experienced team of Programmers. The Programming Manager will need to be able to lead a number of complex studies simultaneously while being able to interpret project level requirements and develop programming specifications. You should also be able to provide technical expertise in conjunction with clients and independently bring project solutions to the programming teams. You will also be responsible for line managing 10-12 direct reports and therefore line management experience is vital.
