27 Xullo, 2021University College Dublin is seeking to appoint a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Statistics in the School of Mathematics and Statistics. This is a three year temporary post, commencing in January 2022.
The UCD School of Mathematics and Statistics is committed to research and teaching across the mathematical sciences, including mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics and actuarial science. The successful candidate will be expected to engage in research in statistics, including supervision of research projects, and to contribute to the School’s wide-ranging programme of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. The School offers highly successful offline and online undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Statistics, Data and Computational Science and Data Analytics.
Salary scale: €34,746 – €50,984 per annum
