RESEARCH ASSOCIATE IN STATISTICS
£31,331 – £36,298 pa
You will join a team working closely with Professor Peter Diggle on a range of collaborative research projects involving the development and application of statistical methods in human and veterinary epidemiology.
You will be based initially in the on the University of Liverpool’s Leahurst campus, but may be required to contribute to statistical aspects of research projects based in other parts of the University’s Faculty of Health and Life Sciences.
You should have a higher degree in statistics and/or epidemiology and a commitment to the application of statistics in the veterinary, biomedical and public health sciences. Practical experience of working as an applied statistician, preferably in a biomedical or health sciences setting, is desirable.
The post is available for two years initially.
