Postdoctoral Fellowship in Biomathematics at the Mathematical and Theoretical Biology Group
The researcher will work in the MCEN team, a vibrant international group aiming to explain how the brain processes and stores information, how these are disrupted under pathological conditions and develop novel technologies to treat neurodegenerative diseases. Main activities will be: Perform modelling and data analysis on biological data and interact with experimentalists and mathematicians alike.
The researcher will have experience on state-of-the-art data-analytic techniques, in particular Geometric and Topological Data Analysis. Will have good familiarity with time series analysis and data analysis and. Working knowledge in Mathematical Neuroscience, Network theory, Stochastic systems including Mathematical modelling via differential equations.
